It had been a while since I had worked out consistently and was finding it difficult to get back into my gym routine after such a long break, and my friend’s upcoming wedding was a motivation for me to try to get back into my routine. I had tried to motivate myself but felt like I needed an extra push to get me back on track.
Although I found the sessions really tough, I walked away knowing that I had given it absolutely my all. I felt that the sessions were tailored to what I wanted to work on, with a variety that stopped me getting bored with the same routine. I also found it helpful to have a specific programme put together for me to use on my own and clearly setting out days for different types of exercise was also good as it made me aware of what I should be aiming to do each week.
They definitely gave me a better idea of what I am capable of and helped me when working out on my own in knowing how far I can go and in allowing myself to give it that bit more. It helped me understand how hard I should be pushing myself to get benefits from my workouts.

I found the sessions challenging and tough but enjoyed them. I felt that Imran pushed me and made me have confidence in the gym. I think that I built up my fitness quite quickly.
I got a tremendous amount out of our sessions, with Imran always explaining the exercise we were going to do, what its impact was going to be and why we were doing them, which was great! He provided reassurance and helped boost my confidence about what I was doing. My personal training was tailored to my abilities whilst pushing me all the time.
I felt that Imran was excellent value and everything that I would expect from an expert personal trainer.

I have had about ten sessions with Imran as my personal trainer during mid 2018. He is a hard taskmaster but is a pleasure to work with. I felt challenged by the work he did with me and then much better for it. I would recommend him as a personal trainer and hope that it may be possible for me to work with him again in the future.

My background is that I am in my late 30s and I have never really used a gym before, even though I used to do sports when I was younger. My aims were to a) start losing weight b) gain some basic, functional knowledge in terms of what’s what at the gym so that I can exercise and c) eventually increase my fitness level/muscularity.
Imran was very helpful on all targets and quite frankly one of the reasons I actually stayed in a gym for more than a couple of sessions for the first time in my life. He would always explain things to me properly while helping with new and sufficiently challenging sets at each PT session. Every time we would be doing things in a completely different way, something that not only kept the sessions interesting, but it also made me aware of the many possibilities available for exercising. He would also provide advice in terms of diet and general routines/habits, while he was always genuine and professional in his manners and behaviour.
Overall, I only have the best things to say about my experience with Imran as a PT!

I had the privilege to train with Imran for more than 4 years. For me Imran is more than a coach. He is a friend and mentor, who helped me to look healthy and confident.
