My background is that I am in my late 30s and I have never really used a gym before, even though I used to do sports when I was younger. My aims were to a) start losing weight b) gain some basic, functional knowledge in terms of what’s what at the gym so that I can exercise and c) eventually increase my fitness level/muscularity.
Imran was very helpful on all targets and quite frankly one of the reasons I actually stayed in a gym for more than a couple of sessions for the first time in my life. He would always explain things to me properly while helping with new and sufficiently challenging sets at each PT session. Every time we would be doing things in a completely different way, something that not only kept the sessions interesting, but it also made me aware of the many possibilities available for exercising. He would also provide advice in terms of diet and general routines/habits, while he was always genuine and professional in his manners and behaviour.
Overall, I only have the best things to say about my experience with Imran as a PT!
